The Gowanda Free Library will offer a Summer Reading Program filled with free, exciting events!
From June 29th to July 31st, 2025, we will offer at least one free program each day for you to participate in!
Some of the special guests we will have are:
**Creative writing workshop for teens and adults with Gabrielle Esposito;
** Dig In! with Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Reserve;
**Astronomy Night with Penn Dixie Fossil Park & Nature Reserve;
**Modern Dinosaurs with Buffalo Museum of Science;
**”A Clown is Born” with Kathleen Jeffers;
** SRC closing party & ice cream social

A big thank you to the Kiwanis Club of Gowanda for sponsoring our programs featuring special guests, and to the American Legion Post 409 for funding the prizes for the Summer Reading Challenge and an Independence Day celebration!
