Stop in the library Monday-Friday for a craft!
Crafting can help children feel a sense of accomplishment and take pride in their work, which can boost their self-esteem, among other benefits such as boosting their creativity and imagination, improve their fine motor skills, developing critical thinking skills by encouraging them to use problem-solving and reasoning skill, along with developing their visual and cognitive skills. All this plus a development in their social skills, especially when participating in group activities or with their parents.
Supplies will be available to take home as well as to work here at the library.
